Amends Arkansas Code § 24-4-104 to clarify the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Public Employees' Retirement System by inserting full references to the system throughout the statute and conforming to code style.

Amends Arkansas Code § 24-6-204(b)(1) regarding the Board of Trustees of the State Police Retirement System to correct a misplaced modifier and reorganize grammatical structure without changing substantive meaning.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 24-7-502(b)(4) as obsolete, which concerned service credit calculation for the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System for service rendered before July 1, 1971.

Amends Arkansas Code § 24-10-607(b)(1)(B) to remove obsolete references to disability retirement payments already made under the Arkansas Local Police and Fire Retirement System while retaining current payment standards.

Establishes that this act makes only technical, not substantive, changes to the Arkansas Code and shall not expressly or impliedly repeal other acts from the 2023 regular session.
