Adds definition of "hospital campus" to mean main hospital buildings and attached structures, excluding parking lots and public-use parcels.

Permits nonprofit, tax exempt, or governmentally funded hospitals to hold retail pharmacy licenses: one location for hospitals with fewer than 1,000 employees, or up to three locations for hospitals with 1,000 or more employees.

Allows hospitals with multiple campuses to apply for separate pharmacy permits for each campus.

Authorizes hospitals qualifying as covered entities under Section 340B(a)(4) of the Public Health Service Act to contract with at least one pharmacy to dispense 340B drugs if they conduct business review, maintain auditable records, and use appropriate distribution mechanisms.

Preserves existing rights for hospitals that held pharmacy permits before March 28, 1975, to continue holding and renewing those permits.
