County boards of election commissioners may establish additional early voting polling sites outside the county clerk's office on any days and times already provided for in early voting law.

Additional polling sites must have their locations determined by unanimous vote of the county board of election commissioners.

Additional early voting polling sites must maintain the same hours as the county clerk's designated early voting location on the days they operate.

If a county board cannot secure additional polling sites that allow voting during the same hours as the county clerk's location, the additional sites must operate hours that are as close as possible to the county clerk's designated hours.
