Amends Arkansas Code § 6-15-2906 to require the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education to establish a means for public school students to substitute career and technical education coursework for required core academic classes

Creates the Career and Technical Education with Embedded Academics Certification Committee with one member appointed by each education service cooperative director

Requires the committee to review academic standards and produce a crosswalk document annually showing alignment between core academic standards and career and technical education standards with rationale for substitutions

Mandates the crosswalk document be submitted to the Division by December 15 each year, with the Division certifying eligible substitutions by February 1 of the following year
