• Reappropriates $2,000,000 from the Department of Human Services Renovation Fund for construction, replacement, renovation, upgrade, and addition of a warehouse distribution building for the Arkansas Health Center, effective July 1, 2023.

• Reappropriates $1,175,065 from the Department of Human Services Renovation Fund for repair or replacement of roofs at the Arkansas State Hospital, effective July 1, 2023.
