Reappropriates capital improvement funds for the Department of Corrections - Division of Community Correction effective July 1, 2023, payable from the Community Correction Revolving Fund.

Allocates $800,000 for building purchase in Searcy.

Allocates $1,200,000 for building purchase in Northwest Arkansas.

Allocates $4,054,935 for maintenance, acquisition, replacement, repair, expansion, construction, equipping, renovation, purchase, improvement and upgrade of real property and facilities.

Declares an emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2023, citing essential operations and prevention of irreparable harm to governmental programs.
