Amends Arkansas Code § 27-65-140(a) to modify the tool allowance for Arkansas Department of Transportation employees who work on highway equipment and facilities.

Maintains the annual tool allowance at five hundred forty dollars ($540) per employee per year.

Expands eligible employee categories to include carpenters in addition to existing categories of mechanics, electrical workers, plumbing and mechanical repairers, welders, body repairers, and painters.

Removes "or" designation between body repairer and painter to clarify these are separate job classifications eligible for the allowance.
