Amends Arkansas Code § 5-38-101(2) to expand the definition of "critical infrastructure" under the Arkansas Criminal Code

Adds "an underground gas storage facility" to the list of facilities protected under critical infrastructure law alongside natural gas company facilities and interstate natural gas pipelines

Maintains existing requirement that critical infrastructure facilities must be either completely enclosed by a fence or physical barrier designed to exclude unauthorized persons, or clearly marked with signs indicating entry is forbidden without authorization

Preserves existing protected categories including chemical manufacturing, water treatment, food processing, telecommunications, ports, oil and gas facilities, railroads, and utility company property

Became effective upon approval on March 30, 2023
