Amends Arkansas Code § 6-14-111(i) to change the deadline for school districts to submit tax rate language to county clerks from 60 days to 72 days before the annual school election.

Maintains the 89-day deadline requirement in years when the President of the United States appears on the ballot at the general election.

Allows school districts to submit the required language as soon as it becomes available, but no later than the specified deadline before the annual school election.
