Permits microbrewery-restaurant private club permittees to store and sell spirituous liquor to members for on-premises consumption, in addition to existing beer, malt beverages, and hard cider.

Defines "on-premises consumption" to include sales within boundaries of a designated entertainment district that is contiguous with the establishment premises.

Changes permit revocation language from mandatory ("shall") to discretionary ("may") when permittees violate alcoholic beverage sales restrictions.

Allows microbrewery-restaurant private club advertisements consisting solely of the club's name, exempting them from prohibition on advertising alcoholic beverage consumption in dry counties.

Adds microbrewery-restaurant private clubs to the list of entities permitted to operate within designated entertainment districts under Arkansas Code § 14-54-1412.
