Appropriates $8,000,000 in federal funds to the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy for a statewide grant program for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.

Limits discretionary grants to 501(c)(3) Arkansas foundations with healthcare professionals on their board that support pharmacists as partners in integrated healthcare engaged in patient care management and medication care services.

Grants must be used exclusively for reimbursement of pharmacy expenses to safeguard the health and well-being of Arkansans, contingent on availability of funding, and are effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.

Declares an emergency clause, determining that current funds for the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy are insufficient for essential governmental services, making immediate implementation necessary.
