Creates a new criminal offense of "disarming an officer" under Arkansas Code Title 5, Chapter 54, Subchapter 1, codified as section 5-54-134

Defines the offense as using physical force with the purpose of causing physical injury to a law enforcement officer or another person to take from a law enforcement officer a firearm, nightstick, taser stun gun, personal protection chemical dispensing device, or any other protective gear or weapon that could be used to cause physical injury

Establishes "disarming an officer" as a Class C felony
