Repeals Arkansas Code § 6-16-1406(g), which required public school districts and open-enrollment public charter schools to offer digital learning or alternative educational courses to expelled students.

Removes the requirement that expelled students receive academic credit equal to what they would have earned if still enrolled in their assigned school immediately before expulsion.

Amends Arkansas Code § 6-18-507(h) to strike the requirement that public schools comply with the repealed digital learning course provisions for expelled students.

Eliminates all mandatory educational course and service offerings to expelled public school students by public school districts and charter schools.
