Adds property management licensees to the definition of "licensee" throughout the Arkansas Real Estate Commission's regulatory framework, including complaint investigation, disciplinary hearing procedures, and violation penalties.

Mandates the commission post "Property Management Licensee Information" prominently on its website and prohibits property management educators from offering licensure courses after July 1, 2025, unless they hold a property management broker license.
