Adds new Arkansas Code § 17-92-414 establishing ownership requirements for pharmacies seeking a permit from the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.

Requires pharmacy permit applicants to be one of the following: a licensed pharmacist in good standing, a partnership where all active members are licensed pharmacists in good standing, a corporation or association where majority stock is owned by licensed pharmacists in good standing, or a limited liability company where majority membership interests are owned by licensed pharmacists actively employed in management and operation of the pharmacy.

Exempts from these requirements: pharmacies with existing permits as of the effective date, pharmacy chains headquartered in Arkansas, pharmacies within institutions such as hospitals, and veterinary or animal pharmacies.
