Amends Arkansas Code § 5-14-132(b) to make it unlawful for registered sex offenders assessed as Level 3 or Level 4 to knowingly enter a public school campus if the sex offense involved a victim younger than 18 years of age or if they have been assessed as Level 3 or Level 4 offenders.

Removes the redundant condition that separately prohibited Level 3 or Level 4 offenders from entering school campuses, consolidating the restriction into a single requirement.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 5-14-132(c)(5), which previously allowed Level 3 offenders to attend school-sponsored events with admission fees under specific conditions including family relationship to enrolled students and 24-hour advance written notice to school administration.

Eliminates the exception that permitted qualifying Level 3 offenders to attend ticketed or fee-charging school events when they are parents, guardians, blood relatives within the second degree, or great-grandparents of enrolled students.
