Amends Arkansas Code § 16-66-221 to clarify that judgment debtors must prepare a verified schedule of all property within 45 days of a final judgment order being entered against them.

Requires the schedule to include real and personal property, moneys, bank accounts, rights, credits, and choses in action, and specify which property the debtor claims as exempt under law.

Mandates all final judgment orders include a provision requiring judgment debtors to comply with these scheduling requirements.

Provides that the absence of the compliance provision from a final judgment order shall not invalidate the judgment itself.
