Amends Arkansas Constitution Amendment 80, sections 17 and 18, to change judicial elections from nonpartisan to partisan basis for circuit judges, district judges, Supreme Court justices, and Court of Appeals judges.

Circuit and district judges shall be elected on a partisan basis by a majority of qualified electors voting within their respective circuit or district.

Supreme Court justices and Court of Appeals judges shall be elected on a partisan basis, with an exception allowing the General Assembly to refer merit selection systems to voters at any general election.

Amendment becomes effective January 1, 2025, upon approval by a majority of state electors voting at the next general election.

Ballot title and popular name shall be "A Constitutional Amendment Providing that Supreme Court Justices, Court of Appeals Judges, Circuit Judges, and District Judges Shall Be Elected on a Partisan Basis".
