Recognizes the importance and life-affirming impact of pregnancy help organizations serving women and men in Arkansas and across the United States.

Notes that more than 2,700 pregnancy help organizations nationwide provide free services including pregnancy tests, peer counseling, 24-hour hotlines, childbirth and parenting classes, ultrasounds, adoption referrals, prenatal care, and abstinence education.

Directs the House to strongly support pregnancy help organizations, commend their volunteers and staff, and encourage federal and state assistance for medical equipment and abstinence education without compromising their mission or religious integrity.

Directs the House to disapprove of actions by national, state, or local groups attempting to prevent pregnancy help organizations from serving women and men facing unplanned pregnancies.

Requires copies of the resolution to be distributed to all pregnancy help organizations in Arkansas, the Governor, the President and Vice President of the United States, and the Speaker of the U.S. House.
