Establishes maximum 289 regular employees for University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton for fiscal year 2023-2024, with salary ranges from $35,187 to $188,490 for positions including chancellor, faculty, administrative staff, and support personnel.

Authorizes up to 110 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.
