Adds new section 23-62-112 to Arkansas Code to create a new insurance line called "family leave insurance"

Allows insurers licensed for accident and health or life insurance to offer family leave insurance policies to employers

Family leave insurance covers income loss due to: birth or adoption of a child, foster child placement, care of family members with serious health conditions, or service member active duty or call to active duty

Family leave insurance may be issued as an amendment or rider to group disability income insurance, as a separate group policy, or included within an existing group disability income insurance policy
