Appropriates $2,735,001 to the Auditor of State - Operations for fiscal year 2023-2024, including $1,519,672 for regular salaries, $489,879 for personal services matching, and $670,450 for maintenance and general operations.

Establishes maximum of 20 regular employees for Operations division with salaries ranging from $42,959 to $150,144, plus authorization for 5 temporary or part-time employees.

Appropriates $2,857,068 to the Auditor of State - Unclaimed Property Program for fiscal year 2023-2024, including $731,638 for regular salaries and $1,120,000 for professional fees.

Establishes maximum of 10 regular employees for Unclaimed Property Program with salaries ranging from $59,663 to $115,158.

Appropriates $29,002,500 from cash funds for payment of unclaimed property claims and $2,500,500 from cash funds for payment of abandoned mineral proceeds claims during fiscal year 2023-2024.
