SB 22 - Department of Transformation and Shared Services Appropriation

• Appropriates $728,325 to the Secretary's Office for personal services and operating expenses, including $565,876 for regular salaries of 5 employees and $162,449 for personal services matching.

• Appropriates $3,413,551 to Shared Services Administration for personal services, operating expenses, conferences, travel, and professional fees, with 23 regular employees and authorization for up to 20 temporary/part-time workers.

• Appropriates $7,081,280 to Statewide Shared Services for personnel management and state procurement operations, with 93 regular employees and authorization for up to 7 temporary/part-time workers.

• Appropriates $1,307,941 from the Property Sales Holding Fund for marketing and redistribution operations, and $4,000,000 from the Purchase and Corporate Travel Card Program Fund for vendor rebates and participating agency distributions.

• Appropriates $600,000 from the State Central Services Fund for information technology services and authorizes the Chief Fiscal Officer to create shared services paying accounts and transfer funds within the department's appropriations.
