Reappropriates $40,000,000 from the Skills Development Fund for the Office of Skills Development to support comprehensive statewide workforce development programs, effective July 1, 2023.

Reappropriates $202,578 from the Minority and Women-Owned Business Loan Mobilization Revolving Fund to promote development of minority business enterprises and increase their ability to compete for state contracts.

Reappropriates $16,471,594 from the Economic Development Incentive Quick Action Closing Fund to provide incentives for attracting new business and economic development to Arkansas.

Reappropriates $11,134,965 from the Economic Development Incentive Fund ($350,960 and $10,784,005) for financial incentives to companies locating new facilities or expanding existing operations with specified employment levels.

Reappropriates approximately $35.6 million from the Development and Enhancement Fund across multiple capital improvement projects including public works, job training, industrial site development, workforce training incentives, and economic stimulus activities throughout the state.
