Creates a new offense of aggravated criminal trespass under Arkansas Code § 5-39-203(c), making it a Class D felony to purposely enter or remain unlawfully in a residential occupiable structure, connected outbuilding, or vehicle owned or leased by another person

Expands forfeiture provisions to include items and conveyances used in second or subsequent criminal trespass or aggravated criminal trespass offenses within 5 years, including all-terrain vehicles, aircraft, motor vehicles, vessels, harvesting devices, killing devices, and tools

Ensures persons with valid security interests in items subject to seizure and forfeiture receive notice of forfeiture proceedings and have the right to intervene to protect their interests

Makes technical corrections to Arkansas Code § 11-5-115(a)(3) to reference aggravated criminal trespass in workplace violence provisions and corrects citations to the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure

Capitalizes "Premises" and renumbers subsections throughout § 5-39-203 for clarification purposes
