Eliminates write-in candidacy as an option for all Arkansas elections, effective immediately upon approval on March 16, 2023

Repeals Arkansas Code § 7-5-525 (write-in votes on voting machines) and § 7-5-610 (write-in ballots), removing statutory provisions that allowed write-in voting

Amends Arkansas Code § 7-5-205 to add provisions stating "No person shall file as a write-in candidate" and "No vote for a write-in candidate shall be counted"

Removes write-in candidacy options from school district elections (§ 6-14-111), nonpartisan elections (§ 7-10-103), and general election provisions (§ 7-7-204)

Modifies ballot form requirements under § 7-5-208 to eliminate blank lines for write-in votes and removes write-in vote counting procedures from § 7-5-613
