Transfer responsibility for establishing and maintaining the central registry of persons with disabilities resulting from traumatic head injury from the Brain Injury Alliance of Arkansas to the Department of Health.

Require public and private health and social agencies and hospitals in the Arkansas Trauma System to report persons with traumatic head injury disabilities to the Department of Health within 5 calendar days of identification.

Allow the Department of Health to grant or contract services to ensure services and tracking of persons with traumatic head injury disabilities.

Extend the timeframe for notifying disabled persons or family members of available services and eligibility requirements from 15 days to 30 business days after identification.

Require all state agencies to cooperate with the Department of Health to ensure appropriate rehabilitative and other services are available to individuals with traumatic head injury disabilities.
