Repeals Arkansas Code Title 8, Chapter 9, Subchapter 7, which established the Electronic Waste Collection, Recycling, and Reuse Act

Eliminates the comprehensive e-waste recycling program that was designed to conserve natural resources, protect public health, and divert consumer electronic items from state landfills

Removes requirements for contract administrators and contractors to develop recovery plans, establish collection points, and manage the collection and recycling of consumer electronic items

Eliminates mandatory participation requirements for state-supported entities in the electronic waste recycling program

Repeals provisions governing contractor qualifications, reporting requirements, funding mechanisms, and liability protections related to electronic waste collection and recycling operations
