Establishes a maximum of 15 regular employees for the Arkansas Senate for fiscal year 2023-2024, with positions ranging from Director of Senate/Secretary of Senate (Grade SE05) to Properties Officer/Inventory (Grade GS10)

Appropriates $2,851,079 from the State Central Services Fund for Arkansas Senate staff services, including $1,963,896 for regular salaries, $50,000 for extra help, $587,183 for personal service matching, and $250,000 for maintenance and general operation

Appropriates $15,000 from the Constitutional Officers Fund for State Orientation expenses including per diem and mileage for Senate members attending orientation prior to legislative sessions

Reappropriates up to $4,000,000 from the Constitutional Officers Fund and $4,000,000 from the State Central Services Fund for remaining balances from prior fiscal year appropriations to defray necessary expenses

Appropriates $700,000 for computerization of the legislative process and $700,000 for construction, improvements, renovations and equipping of Senate facilities, both payable from the State Central Services Fund
