Establishes 12 maximum regular employees for the Office of the Prosecutor Coordinator for fiscal year 2023-2024, including positions such as Prosecutor Coordinator, Deputy Prosecutor Coordinator, Attorney Specialists, and Administrative staff.

Appropriates $1,413,831 from the State Central Services Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $875,068 in regular salaries and $284,163 in personal services matching.

Appropriates $70,660 from the Law Enforcement and Prosecutor Drug Enforcement Training Fund for law enforcement and prosecutorial programs.

Appropriates $36,345 in federal funds for student loan repayment refunds and reimbursements to eligible state and federal public defenders and deputy prosecuting attorneys.

Establishes federal funding for the Paws for Justice program ($264,022 total) with 3 certified facility dog handler positions and the Project Guardian program ($155,081 total) with 1 senior deputy prosecuting attorney position, effective July 1, 2023.
