State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission membership reduced from 15 regular members to specific composition: 1 active in media, 7 in tourism, 5 from public at large, 1 in recreation and conservation, and 1 age 60+ representing the elderly.

Eliminates historian and arts/culture representative positions previously required on the State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission.

Eliminates all commissioner emeritus positions for the State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission effective upon repeal of § 15-11-203.

Repeals commissioner emeritus provisions for the Mississippi River Parkway Commission of Arkansas that allowed lifetime service to those with 20+ years of service.

Changes meeting call requirement from "at least seven members" to "a majority of members" and reduces quorum requirement from 7 members to a simple majority.

Implementation occurs as current terms expire and vacancies are filled, with no shortening of existing member terms.
