Amends Arkansas Code § 6-64-602 to require the Deans of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law to combine at least eight specific administrative offices while ensuring adequate and comparable services at each school.

Mandates a minimum 25 percent reduction in costs following the merger of the combined offices between the two law schools.

Requires the deans to annually report to the Legislative Council on merged office expenditures before and after the merger, employee titles/functions/salaries with comparable-worth justifications, and dean compensation justifications.

Protects faculty members from having their employment status altered by the merger, including maintaining their respective school employment, tenure or tenure-track status, and continued subjection to their campus's policies.
