Amends Arkansas Code § 20-23-203 to allow the Chief Inspector of the Boiler Inspection Division to extend boiler inspection dates for good cause upon receipt of the applicable inspection fee.

Requires an additional fee equal to the applicable boiler inspection fee to be paid at the time of the extended inspection.

Resets the inspection timeline so that the time period for the next inspection commences following a granted extension.

Declares an emergency, stating that boiler inspections must be conducted with minimal disruption to business operations and employee schedules.

Becomes effective on the Governor's approval date, expiration of the veto period if neither approved nor vetoed, or the date of veto override if applicable.
