Candidates for U.S. Senator, U.S. Representative, and all state offices must pay party filing fees capped at no more than 5% of the office salary.

Candidates for district offices, including State Representative and State Senator, must pay party filing fees capped at no more than 3% of the office salary.

Political parties' state executive committees may set filing fees at zero dollars ($0.00) for candidates in any category.

County committees may set filing fees for county, municipal, and township office candidates, subject to authorization by the state executive committee.

All candidates must file affidavits of eligibility and any required pledges with their respective party committee secretaries by noon on the last day of the political party filing period.
