Amends Arkansas Code § 12-51-104(a) to modify the membership composition of the Arkansas State Council for the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision

Adds two new council positions: one prosecuting attorney appointed by the Governor and one county sheriff appointed by the Governor

Maintains existing membership including one nonelected legislative representative chosen from a list of five names submitted by the Director of the Division of Community Correction, one judicial representative appointed by the Governor, Board of Corrections members, and one victims group representative

Designates the Director of the Division of Community Correction or designee as a council member who serves as the compact administrator for the state, appointed by the Governor
