Amends Arkansas Code Title 17, Chapter 1, Subchapter 1 to add Section 17-1-111 establishing a waiver of state occupational or professional license fees for state agency employees.

Requires occupational or professional licensing entities to waive state-assessed fees for licenses, certificates, registrations, permits, or authorizations required by Arkansas law for employees to perform job duties.

Applies to employees of state government boards, commissions, departments, divisions, and offices within executive, legislative, and judicial branches, as well as state-supported postsecondary educational institutions.

Exempts individuals employed by a state agency for less than one year or on a less than full-time basis from the fee waiver provision.
