Amends weighted credit requirements for career and technical education courses by requiring the Division of Career and Technical Education to review pathways annually and publish an approved list by January 1 each year.

Establishes that weighted credit for career and technical courses must be awarded upon completing the relevant pathway and earning the aligned high-value industry credential.

Requires public schools serving grades 10-12 to administer college and career readiness assessments including a career readiness assessment leading to a nationally recognized work readiness certificate, with ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) as an example option.

Expands the Computer Science Education Advancement Act of 2021 to include computer science-related career and technical education courses as eligible for the required one unit of computer science credit.

Permits grade eight students to take designated state board-approved computer science or computer science-related career and technical education courses for high school credit.
