Amends Arkansas Code § 20-76-215 to authorize the Department of Human Services to directly obtain real-time employment and income data from external data providers to improve timeliness of benefit deliveries, operational efficiencies, and cost savings for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.

Amends Arkansas Code § 20-77-2104 to allow the Department of Human Services to directly obtain real-time employment and income data assets from external data providers, including third-party vendors, to supplement data from the Federal Data Services Hub for Medicaid eligibility determinations.

Permits the Department to obtain additional information assets including address confirmation, contact information, death, and incarceration pointer data from external data providers for Medicaid eligibility purposes.

Limits use of external data provider information to the extent allowable under state law, rules, federal law, and regulations.
