Extends Arkansas "Good Samaritan" law protections to individuals who provide suicide prevention interventions without compensation at the scene of a threatened suicide when requested by a nonprofit organization.

Provides civil liability immunity for suicide prevention intervention providers unless their acts or omissions were performed without good faith and resulted from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Grants civil liability immunity to nonprofit organizations that request, sponsor, or participate in providing suicide prevention intervention services under the same gross negligence and willful misconduct standard.

Clarifies existing language in the statute by replacing "shall not be" with "is not" throughout to correct grammatical phrasing in liability provisions for healthcare professionals and emergency responders.
