Amends Arkansas Code § 11-4-217 to require employers to provide employees with itemized wage statements at the time wages are paid, in paper or electronic format

Itemized statements must include pay basis in hours or days worked, rate or rates of pay, gross pay, and deductions from pay for the respective pay period

Maintains existing requirement that employers keep employment records for at least 3 years including employee name, address, occupation, rate of pay, and amount paid each pay period

Preserves employer obligation to keep records open for inspection or transcription by the Director of the Division of Labor or authorized representatives at any reasonable time
