Requires the Arkansas Public Service Commission to produce a report discussing the remaining useful lives of existing electric generating units based on integrated resource plans.

Mandates the report include a cost-benefit analysis, rate impact analysis, and analysis of impact on electrical grid reliability and resilience.

Requires commissioners to explicitly state their findings on whether life extensions of existing electric generating units are in the public interest.

Limits report scope to only existing electric generating units with a planned or announced retirement date of less than five years from the report date.
