Adds Arkansas Code § 6-18-114 to permit students who are members of public school athletic teams to participate with non-school athletic teams in the same sport during the same season without losing school team eligibility.

Requires that a student must have already engaged in competition for an interscholastic activity before being allowed to participate with a non-school team.

Prohibits students from participating with non-school athletic teams on days when their public school athletic team is scheduled to practice, compete, or play.
