Amends Arkansas Code § 12-29-106 to add redaction requirements for attorney communications with incarcerated inmates.

Requires attorneys to redact personal identifiable information (including date of birth, Social Security number, home address, phone number, email address, and emergency contact information) linked to victims, witnesses, and correctional employees from client files before sending to inmates.

Defines "personal identifiable information" to exclude the individual's name and applies to inmates in Department of Corrections facilities, county jails, private prisons under contract, and facilities under interstate compact agreements.

Mandates attorneys sending privileged mail include an affidavit addressed to correctional facility staff certifying that all required personal identifiable information has been redacted.
