Requires the Arkansas Parole Board to administer a mobile application called the "Safe Arkansas App" to provide information about inmates being considered for parole and parolees on parole, to the extent permitted by federal law.

For inmates under parole consideration, the app must display name, Division of Correction ID number, current photograph, parole eligibility date, offense details, sentence information, and any other relevant public information the board deems necessary.

For released parolees, the app must display name, ID number, photograph, offense and sentence details, parole release date, time served, percentage of sentence served, any subsequent charges with dates and details, and other relevant public information.

The Parole Board may request assistance from the Division of Information Systems or contract for technical database and data processing services to administer the mobile application.

Information on the app must be consistently updated to reflect the most current available information, and may be removed once parole has been completed.
