Courts must revoke or rescind sentences for persons convicted of possessing less than 2 ounces of marijuana under § 5-64-419 or prior marijuana possession laws, unless they have other convictions

Allows persons to petition courts to seal felony conviction records for possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana without meeting standard drug treatment requirements

Persons under probation or parole for possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana must be released immediately upon the bill's effective date, unless convicted of other charges

Act becomes effective upon Attorney General certification that cannabis possession, personal use, and consumption by adults is legal in Arkansas
