Appropriates $9,149,467 for Trial Court Administrators including $6,439,213 in regular salaries for 127 employees at Grade GS08.

Appropriates $11,168,566 for Official Court Reporters of Circuit Courts including $7,288,361 in regular salaries for 127 employees at Grade GS09.

Appropriates $4,618,100 for reimbursement of salaries for full-time juvenile probation and intake officers in accordance with Arkansas Code sections 16-13-327 and 16-13-328.

Appropriates $902,077 for Drug Court Juvenile Probation and Intake Officers (13 positions at Grade GS08) including $588,810 in regular salaries and $87,500 for Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth (SAVRY) Program expenses.

Adds Arkansas Code section 16-10-142 requiring the Administrative Office of the Courts to verify needs for appropriation increases and include detailed reporting on salaries, years of service, and salary increase histories when requesting increases exceeding the previous fiscal year total.
