Amends Arkansas Code § 6-18-710(a) to expand the definition of "healthcare provider" for student athlete concussion education purposes.

Adds neuropsychologist, advanced practice registered nurse, certified athletic trainer, physician assistant, and physical therapist to the list of qualified healthcare providers, alongside physicians and doctors of osteopathic medicine.

Clarifies that "youth athletic activity" means organized athletic activities where a majority of participants are under 19 years of age, including games, competitions, and practice or preparation for such events.

Excludes college or university activities and activities incidental to nonathletic programs from the definition of "youth athletic activity."
