Removes the requirement that applicants apply for Arkansas Work Pays Program assistance within six (6) months of leaving the Transitional Employment Assistance Program after at least three (3) months of assistance

Adds "Career and Technical Education Career Pathways Initiative Program" as an alternative to paid work activities for meeting the minimum twenty-four (24) hours per week engagement requirement

Maintains existing eligibility criteria including care and custody of a related minor child, Arkansas residency, receipt of no more than twenty-four (24) months of benefits, citizenship/qualified alien status, and income below 150% of federal poverty level

Preserves federal work participation requirements for both initial and continuing eligibility periods

Requires applicants to sign and comply with a personal responsibility agreement
