Recognizes Nucor's 35-year presence in Arkansas with five operating facilities employing approximately 2,400 teammates, including a practice of never laying off employees and providing median production pay exceeding $100,000 annually.

Highlights Nucor's $1 billion investment in Arkansas steel mills over the past five years and its commitment to education through $4,000 annual scholarships per teammate and dependent, with nearly $12 million awarded in Arkansas since 1974.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to the CEO of Nucor Corporation upon adoption.
