The Links, Incorporated is an international not-for-profit corporation established in 1946 with 17,000 members in 299 chapters across 41 states and international locations.

Members contribute over 1,000,000 service hours annually and have donated $1,000,000 in grants to organizations including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture, and the United Negro College Fund.

Arkansas chapters focus on youth services, arts, health, and human services through programs including foster care transition assistance, bullying prevention, and scholarship donations totaling $400,000 to African American students and historically black colleges and universities.

The organization has identified four legislative advocacy priorities: health, economic stability, civil and voting rights, and criminal justice and public safety.

The Senate recognizes The Links, Incorporated for its service work and contributions to Arkansas communities.
